Typical order processing time is 4-5 days. Once your order has been fulffilled,it will be shipped via UPS, unless specified otherwise. Orders are placed during business hours only. 9:00-7:00 eastern standard time. If your order is placed after the close of business it will be handled the following business day. Exceptions to the typical 10 business days would be cross shipped and backordered parts. These instances do occasionally occur and are unfortunately out of our control. In the event that a part is on backorder, you will receive a call from our customer service department presenting you with the option to cancel the entire order or ship the available parts immediately with no additional charge to you. Critical orders are available but cost roughly twice that of next day air shipping and must be done over the phone before noon of that business day. if you have to have your order in the quickest possible time period please call 1-866-583-9600. Oversized packages (frames,atv plastics,etc) will incur separate shipping charges. we cannot ship chemicals by air. if your order contains an oversized part or chemicals we will contact you before we charge your card.
