"I had ordered a black KTM RC8 from my local dealer and they came up dry, couldn't get one. I started searchin gthe Internet to find one on the East Coast and they were not to be found. Then I found one at MFI and the price was significantly lower than any others I found. I rang up Angel and made the deal in a few minutes. I drove her crazy for a week until I could drive down and pick up th ebike because i couldn't believe it was so easy. Everything she told me on the phone was exactly how it happened when I got there, the price, the bike, I could even pay by credit card (which most dealers up my way won't do). Andrew the sales guy was excellent and took me through the process from start to finish. I bought it on Friday afternoon and planned on picking it up on Saturday morning to drive back home. I arrived at 9.00am (opening time) and expected the staff to just be opeing the doors. Much to my suprise they were all there, the stock moved out of the store and they were doing the final processing on my paperwork as I waled in. It took 15 minutes to complete everything and I was on my way. What a fantastic group! Definitely worth the 15 hour drive there and back! I thoroughly recommend MFI! "

"I was looking for my second motorcycle after recently experiencing my first one being stolen. After researching online and calling MFI to see if they had competitive pricing, I spoke with a salesperson by the name of Angel who satisfied me with the overall pricing, tag, and title out the door price than any other dealer in the state of Md. Once going through the hassle with my credit union for approval a week later i drove to Va and damn if Angel didn't keep her word and i got the same figures as quoted that week b4. Then i was help by a sales guy named Andrew who just had spectular customer service, and professionalism. I can't see MFI being the same without the two ofcourse thats just my opionion, but hell why not give credit where credit is due. Theres got to be a ring of thieves going around stealing bikes cus my shit got stolen a couple of months later and after talking with Andrew about the situation it was as though he felt my pain and was willing to offer an either better deal than my fisrt, so long story short don't fuck yourself by dealing with these pocket squeezers dealerships trust me your better off at MFI."

"This was a unique experience, but 5-star all the way. I live in FL and bought a bike online from a private party in VA. I needed a way to complete this transaction safely for all parties. "I just bought my second Kawasaki from MFI. The sales staff at MFI are great, they listen to you and aren't pushy at all. The are knowledgeable and take the time to explain features and functions. They worked with me on price and got me what I asked for at the price I wanted. The parts desk is really good as well. Very helpful and courteous. If they don't have what you need they will order it and call you when it comes in. I've only bought Kawa accessories and tune up parts from them, but they had what I needed at a good price. The service department stays pretty busy so you have to keep up with them on what you want them to do, but otherwise they are helpful, courteous and seem to know what they are doing. I've only had regular maintenance and safety inspections done there and was pleased with the experience. They don't have a huge selection of accessories, but enough to get you started. They do have good helmet selection. I just wish they had a better clothing/apparel selection. They have big sales from time to time along with their open house events where you can save big bucks, even on service and ordered items. They are in a hard to get to location which I think actually benefits customers, I'll explain. If they were located where they got lots more business, they might turn into one of the other shops in the area. What I mean is, they are still a smallish dealership that gives their customers good service and attention. I can't say that about the other shops in the area. It's worth the 50 mile ride to me to get good service. I would recommend MFI to anyone looking for a good place to buy a bike, parts, or get service."

"I just want to say a big thanks to Andrew Nguyen...This guy is the best. As a beginner, I came to buy a Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Andrew was there the whole time answering all the questions i had. "This place is the greatest place to buy a bike. When I was looking for my bike, MFI gave me an out the door price, which I call other dealership to see if the could bet or match thier price and everyone, said there is no way that I could buy that bike for that price. "My husband and I have been very pleased with MFI. You did a great job helping both of us match motorcycles to our needs and abilities as opposed to trying to encourage us to buy something more than we were ready to handle (as other shops did with me). I grew up in a family that rides, my father has been riding since a teen and is now in his 60's. Most of my uncles ride or have ridden as has my grandfather. I am the first woman in my family with a motorcycle license. When my husband was looking for his first bike, your staff was superb. When I was looking for a bike, out of close to a dozen places I contacted and visited, your staff were ones of very few who treated me as a customer and not like a novelty. There is nothing worse than entering a dealership, trying for ten minutes to get help and then watch a man come in after but get greeted immediately. Then once you get help, feel treated like a child or lesser rider while the men get totally different treatment and have even less bike knowledge. I recommend MFI to any woman I know who is looking for a bike based on how I have been treated there. I could not be more pleased with the service and courtesy extended to me by the majority of your staff. Keep it up! "
